Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager via the 39bdt platform (available at https://39bdt.app), you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the platform — whether accessing via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device.

These Terms & Conditions are incorporated by reference into all other policies published on the 39bdt platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any Bonus Terms applicable to specific promotions. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any other policy document, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless otherwise explicitly stated.

39bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 39bdt will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the 39bdt platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• Age: You must be aged 18 years or above. 39bdt does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances. Age verification may be requested at registration or at any subsequent point during your account lifetime as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of Bangladesh and any other jurisdiction applicable to your place of residence.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion order, cool-off period, or account suspension on the 39bdt platform.
• Accurate Information: All personal information provided at registration and during KYC verification must be truthful, accurate, and current. 39bdt will not process withdrawals to accounts where identity verification has not been satisfactorily completed.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended 39bdt account. One account per person is strictly enforced.

39bdt reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Account Registration & Security

To access real-money features of the 39bdt platform — including deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, live casino, and slot games — you must register a 39bdt account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.

Upon completion of registration, 39bdt may send a verification link or code to the email address or mobile number you provided. You must complete this verification step before your account is activated for real-money use. 39bdt reserves the right to request additional documentation as part of its KYC and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures at any point during the account lifecycle.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your 39bdt account. Your obligations regarding account security include:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username and password at all times.
• Never sharing your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform or service.
• Logging out of your 39bdt account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Contacting 39bdt support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

39bdt will never contact you to ask for your password. Any communication purporting to be from 39bdt that requests your password or full payment details should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team. 39bdt accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their own login credentials.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the 39bdt platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 39bdt does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are available for deposits and withdrawals on the platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposit Policy

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200 BDT.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 39bdt account within minutes of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of your banking institution.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
• No Deposit Fees: 39bdt does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which 39bdt accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawal to Own Account: Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 39bdt account holder. 39bdt does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• KYC Requirement: Withdrawals will only be processed once identity verification (KYC) has been satisfactorily completed. First-time withdrawals may require submission of identity documentation.
• Processing Times: 39bdt aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission during standard operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
• Wagering Requirements: Where a bonus has been applied to your account, the associated wagering requirements must be completed in full before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed. Withdrawals of original deposit funds are not affected by bonus wagering requirements unless explicitly stated in the relevant bonus terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

39bdt offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and returning players. These include welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses are credited directly in BDT.

Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings. These specific terms are published alongside each individual offer and must be read carefully before opting in.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are not withdrawable as cash. They must be wagered a specified number of times — the "wagering requirement" — before any winnings generated from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Single Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held per 39bdt account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or unmet bonuses expire after the validity period stated in the individual bonus terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Bonus Abuse: 39bdt reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonuses where it identifies patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, matched betting solely for bonus extraction, irregular low-risk wagering patterns designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure, or the use of automated tools.
• 39bdt's Discretion: 39bdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Ongoing bonuses will not be retroactively cancelled without reasonable notice to affected players where practically possible.

Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 39bdt platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, forfeiture of bonus funds, and — in serious cases — forfeiture of all account balances pending investigation. 39bdt reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities.

• Multi-Accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one 39bdt account — whether in your own name or under a different identity — is strictly prohibited.
• Identity Fraud: Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information at registration or during KYC verification constitutes identity fraud and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Money Laundering: Using the 39bdt platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any 39bdt game — including live casino, poker formats, or any multiplayer game — is prohibited.
• Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated mechanism to interact with the 39bdt platform in place of genuine human participation is prohibited.
• Exploitation of Errors: Exploiting any technical error, software bug, pricing error, or odds error on the platform to gain an unfair advantage. 39bdt reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds placed at erroneous prices or under erroneous conditions, and to recover any funds paid out as a result of such errors.
• Unauthorised Access: Any attempt to gain unauthorised access to other players' accounts, to the 39bdt backend systems, or to any technical infrastructure of the platform is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit made to 39bdt without first attempting to resolve the matter through the 39bdt support team. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account closure and debt recovery proceedings.

Where 39bdt identifies conduct that it reasonably believes falls into one or more of the above categories, it reserves the right to suspend the account, freeze all balances, cancel pending withdrawals, and conduct an investigation before determining the appropriate outcome. The player will be notified of the suspension and given a reasonable opportunity to respond before a final determination is made, except where immediate action is required to prevent further harm.

Responsible Gaming

39bdt is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its entire player base in Bangladesh. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment — not a financial strategy, a coping mechanism, or a source of income. Every player who registers a 39bdt account has access to a full suite of responsible gaming tools.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings panel. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase requires a mandatory cooling-off period before becoming active.
• Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits to cap the amount they can lose within any given period. The same cooling-off rule applies to limit increases.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic session duration reminders to notify them when they have been actively gambling for a specified period of time.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension (cool-off) of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, the player cannot deposit, wager, or receive promotional communications. Cool-off periods cannot be shortened once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take an extended break from gambling may request a self-exclusion for a period of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed by the 39bdt support team and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. During self-exclusion, all promotional communications are suspended and the account cannot be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period.

Account Suspension & Closure

Either the player or 39bdt may initiate account closure at any time, subject to the conditions described in this section.

Player-Initiated Closure

Players who wish to close their 39bdt account may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals of verified real-money balances will be completed via the player's registered payment method. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

39bdt-Initiated Suspension or Closure

39bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, where it determines that one or more of the following conditions apply:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or unverifiable identity information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicious activity consistent with money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Use of prohibited tools, bots, or automated systems.
• Multi-accounting or collusion.
• A chargeback or unauthorised payment reversal.
• Any conduct that 39bdt reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform, other players, or the general public.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 39bdt will notify the player via their registered email address. The player will be given a reasonable opportunity to respond and provide any documentation requested before a final determination is made, unless the circumstances require immediate permanent closure without prior notice.

Where an account is closed by 39bdt as a result of a player breach of these Terms, any bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, and — where the breach involves fraud or financial crime — the entire account balance may be forfeited. 39bdt's determination in such cases is final, subject to the formal complaint process described below.

Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If you wish to raise a formal complaint regarding any decision made by 39bdt — including account suspension, balance forfeiture, or withdrawal denial — please contact the support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and provide full details of the matter in dispute. 39bdt aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. All formal complaints are handled in English.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 39bdt's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 39bdt is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
